At the same time, tariffs on imported equipment, fertilizers, and machinery are raising production costs, squeezing farmers’ margins even further. Many are delaying equipment purchases or turning to used tractors to save money.

Despite these challenges, farmers are adapting by seeking alternative markets, relying on government subsidies, and exploring more efficient farming practices. However, uncertainty remains high, with many worried about the long-term impact on their livelihoods.
