Oil & Fluids: Verify engine and hydraulic oil levels; top up if needed.

Scheduled Service

Every 50 Hours... Drain the fuel/water separator and check wheel bolt torque.

Every 250 Hours... Replace engine oil and filter; inspect/adjust the cooling fan belt.

Every 500 Hours... Change the transmission hydraulic oil and filter; replace the air filter.

Every 1,000–2,000 Hours... Flush coolant (1,000 hr) and inspect fuel hoses and coolant lines (2,000 hr).

Extreme Conditions: Clean air filters every 50hr in dusty settings; grease fittings more often in muddy terrain.
