• Gather supplies: gloves, brushes, buckets, hose or pressure washer, mild soap or greenhouse-safe cleaners, and disinfectants.
• Ensure proper ventilation and wear protective gear like gloves and goggles.

Step-by-Step Cleaning Process

1. Remove Debris:  Sweep or vacuum floors and surfaces to clear dirt, leaves, and dead plant material.
2. Wash Glass or Panels:  Use mild soapy water or a greenhouse-safe cleaner and a soft brush or sponge to clean all panels for maximum light penetration. Avoid abrasive materials to prevent scratches.
3. Disinfect Surfaces:  Apply a greenhouse-safe disinfectant or natural solutions (like vinegar and water) to shelves, floors, and benches to kill mold, algae, and pathogens. Follow manufacturer instructions.
4. Clean Flooring Thoroughly:  Scrub floors, especially corners, to remove algae and mold buildup. Use stronger solutions on stubborn spots.
5. Clean Pots and Tools:  Wash and sterilize plant containers, trays, and gardening tools to prevent disease spread.
