KIOTI Service and Warranty Agreement Explained

A new KIOTI tractor typically comes with a strong warranty and service arrangement that provides buyers with solid protection and peace of mind.

For non-commercial use, KIOTI offers a 24-month (2-year) bumper-to-bumper warranty covering parts and labor on nearly every component of the tractor. The warranty starts from the date of purchase or delivery.

In addition to this, KIOTI provides an extended warranty covering the engine and driveline (powertrain) for a total of 48 months (4 years) for non-commercial tractors, also covering parts and labor. For commercial or rental use, the warranty terms are slightly shorter, generally 24 months or 1,500 hours for parts and labor, with powertrain coverage lasting up to 36 months or 2,000 hours depending on application.

Starting in 2025, KIOTI introduced an enhanced warranty program in some markets, extending powertrain warranty coverage to 5 years or 5,000 hours, further strengthening its competitive position in durability and customer assurance. This coverage includes core components like the engine, transmission, and final drive. Warranty repairs must be performed by authorized KIOTI dealers.

KIOTI also supports customers with a wide dealer network providing expert service backed by warranty, plus options for additional service plans and maintenance packages to keep tractors operating smoothly throughout their life.
