What the KIOTI Warranty Covers

KIOTI’s new 7-year tractor warranty, introduced in 2025, offers an extended coverage period of 7 years or 5,000 hours, whichever comes first.

This warranty includes 2 years of full bumper-to-bumper coverage, protecting most parts and labor on the tractor. Following this, there is an extended powertrain warranty covering key components such as the engine, transmission, and final drive for an additional 5 years or until reaching 5,000 operating hours. Emission parts are also covered under this extended warranty for the full 5-year period.

This extended coverage reflects KIOTI’s confidence in the durability and reliability of its tractors, providing customers with long-term peace of mind at no extra charge. The warranty applies to tractors sold from January 2025 onward, with registration requirements varying slightly based on whether the model is equipped with telematics technology. The coverage helps reduce operating costs and can enhance the tractor’s resale value. Typical exclusions include normal wear items, tires, batteries, and maintenance-related consumables.

Customers continue to use the standard warranty claim process, and the robust dealer network supports service and maintenance throughout the warranty period. KIOTI monitors customer and dealer feedback to evaluate the future of this extended warranty offering.
